The best price guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- The best price guarantee only applies to prices that are publicly offered on the websites of commercial sellers and are accessible to everyone.
- After an order has already been placed, best price requests must be maid by sending an email within 24 hours of purchase on Oktoberfest-Tischreservionen.de or tab-ticketbroker.de. The lower price of the other provider must be proven to our service staff.
- The best price guarantee only applies to exact matches in the category of your ticket purchase.
All requests must be verified by tab-ticketbroker GmbH. tab-ticketbroker GmbH does not accept screenshots, e-mail offers or other alleged evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently verified by an employee of tab-ticketbroker GmbH on another website.
Also, tab-ticketbroker GmbH will not consider any claim that, in its sole discretion, is the result of fraudulent or malicious reprinting or any other attempted fraud.
In the case of confirmed claims, you will receive a price reduction or, in the case of an order that has already been placed and paid for, a credit note in the amount of the difference to the demonstrably cheaper offer.
